Comfort Residence - Malinova Dolina received ACT 15!

Last month we received the Act 15 completion certificate. The building is in its final phase of construction. We plan to complete the construction in the month of May 2023.

In the past weeks, the following construction and installation works were completed:

  • • We finished the installation of the entrance doors of the apartments;
  • • We finished the ground concrete in the basement;
  • • We finished the installation of the double floor on the top floor;
  • • We have finished laying the granite slabs in the common parts of the building;
  • • We installed and legalized the elevators in the building;
  • • We installed the smoke-tight doors on the floors.

In the next month, the following types of activities are planned:

  • • Work on waterproofing at elevation 0;
  • • Putties on the common areas;
  • • Installation of switches, sockets and water meters in the apartments;
  • • Finishing the plasterboard in the common areas;
  • • Delineation of the parking spaces in the basement.
